At Aeluro, we strive to provide efficient handling and shipping of your purchases. Below are the details of our shipping process: 

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days before being shipped. While we aim to ship within 24-48 hours, orders placed after 11 AM on Saturdays will likely be shipped the following Monday. 
  • Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days
  • Shipping Carriers: Delivery timelines are subject to carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). We do not have control over such delays.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return guidelines below:

  • Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
    • Items must be in new and unused condition.
    • Custom Logo products are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
    • A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • To ensure smooth processing, fill out the tracking form provided and include a tracking number with your return.
  • Refunds:

    • Refunds will cover the product cost only (excluding shipping fees).
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 10 business days after the returned item is received.
  • Shipping Issues:

    • Any issues such as missing or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery.
