At Aeluro, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It is in the same condition as received.
  • It is unworn or unused, with tags intact.
  • It is in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or a receipt is provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopaeluro.com. Returns should be sent to the address provided during the return process. Note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@shopaeluro.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have concerns about your specific item, contact us for clarification.


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return for the original product. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be in their original condition as described above, accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
